STAIR/CHAIRLIFTS & WHEELCHAIR LIFTS
Stair / Chair Lifts fit onto an existing staircase stair well with a chair or a platform system for locking a wheelchair into place. The unit’s drive
system is concealed and the platform or chair can easily fold up when not in use.
There are two type of stair lifts – one to traverse around corners and over landings and one to traverse straight staircases.
Platform lifts function much like standard elevators, but with a smaller design that can accommodate
one person in a wheelchair. The occupant is securely fastened in place for safe transportation between floors.
